For additional insight for my viewers, here is this week's Tarot reading. An overview of major astrology transits for this week helps focus the Tarot.
Venus enters Libra [until November 6]. This is a period to focus on harmony and balance in relationships; to explore your creativity. It’s a prime time to resolve conflicts in relationships, to be the mediator and look for common ground.
The Sun in Libra is on opposition to Chiron in Aries all week. You may encounter lapses in confidence depending on where the aspect occurs in your natal chart.
Mercury is conjunct Mars in Scorpio all week. This can lead to impulsiveness and impatience. This may be an ideal time to enjoy a hobby that allows you to spend some contemplative time alone.

I always take a few moments of quiet to center myself, take a few deep breaths, and listen to intuition coming forth as I shuffle the cards. For the Zodiac signs this week, I'm using the traditional Rider-Waite deck. For the Collective Card, I’m using the Divine Dog Wisdom Cards.
Collective card: Boundaries
This card blends beautifully with this week’s astrology. It reminds you to not lose sight of where you are in the world; and I quote, “Boundaries are healthy when you know who you are, what you need, what you want, and what you have to give. With the self-knowledge, you can communicate your needs in a clear and respectful manner to those with or without their own well-established boundaries.”
ARIES [the Ram]: Nine of Swords
This card is known as a symbol of strength during a time of sorrow. Whatever sadness or anxiety is filling your mind, know that you possess the energy to push through it when you’re ready. Take some time [as Mercury conjunct Mars suggests] and spend a sufficient meditation period to heal your Spirit.
TAURUS [the Bull]: Judgement
Are you judging yourself too harshly? Finding balance in relationships doesn’t only mean with others but also within yourself. This is an excellent week to reassess how you think about you. Do you wake up in the morning berating yourself for not getting more done the day before? If so, it’s time to let that go. Every morning you have a choice to either be optimistic or pessimistic about the day ahead; then deal with whatever comes, and at the end of the day, congratulate yourself on what you accomplished – not what you didn’t accomplish.
GEMINI [the Twins]: Knight of Pentacles
Harmony and balance are important to you, but this week productivity and practicality are your discerning traits of choice. You will likely not have problems with confidence this week as you are on a mission to accomplish/complete a project you’ve been working on. Remember to thank those who helped. It would be well received.
CANCER [the Crab]: The Fool
The Fool is happy-go-lucky and ready for adventure. Although the Crab tends to move sideways from the unfamiliar, this week is an opportunity to mix it up [cautiously, of course, for you] and have some fun. The Moon, which rules Cancer [and cooking], will be in the sign of Cancer on Sunday and Monday. This implies some nurturance on your home turf. This could be as simple as rearranging furniture on a whim or inviting friends over for a home-cooked meal.
LEO [the Lion}: Ace of Cups
Love makes the world go round – and so does the Ace of Cups. This week enjoy the gift of loving relationships. You may be called to be the mediator this week to maintain harmony and balance among those you care about, which will be an easy job for you, if you control your impatience with those that don’t see it your way immediately.
VIRGO [the Virgin]: Seven of Cups
Sevens look at the will of one’s spirit. In Cups, there’s too many options and this can be overwhelming. Because Virgoans prefer organization and logic, this may be a difficult week, trying to sort through what’s reasonable and what’s non-negotiable. Avoid feeling consumed by the complexity of it all. It’s really quite simple – trust your gut!
LIBRA [the Scales]: Page of Cups and Four of Swords
As I pulled a card for Libra this week, a second card fell out. I took this to mean that both were necessary. Combined, they urge calling for a temporary truce, a time to rest and contemplate how to proceed forward, particularly with close relationships. With the Sun and Venus both currently in Libra, this would be a good week to slow down and find your balance.
SCORPIO [the Scorpion]: Three of Swords
With Mercury and Mars in Scorpio this week, this card encourages finding tact in communications and actions. Since Mars rules Scorpio, you may find yourself more motivated than usual to seek change. However, being impulsive and/or impatient could lead to an unpleasant situation. Let Mercury’s logic guide you. Think before you speak/act.
SAGITTARIUS [the Archer]: Eight of Pentacles
Your desire for adventure is urging your creative spirit this week to explore something new. Is there an interest/hobby that you’ve contemplated but haven’t taken the time to develop? Now would be a great time to move forward with that idea. Who knows what it could lead to?
CAPRICORN [the Sea-Goat]: Four of Wands
This is a serene period, particularly in your work life, a time to celebrate the tranquility of work well done; and a time to express your gratitude. Not all celebrations need to be noisy affairs. Sometimes it’s enough to just be still and thank God/Higher Spirit for your abundance.
AQUARIUS [the Water Bearer]: The World
Aquarius represents groups; The World card represents the structure and responsibilities of Earth and the Universe; the astrology this week seeks harmony and balance, confidence and patience. It reminds me of the song lyrics: We are the World; We are the children; we are the ones who make a brighter day. Take that to heart this week and make someone’s day a little brighter.
PISCES [the Fish]: The Empress
In astrology, The Empress is represented by Venus, which this week is moving into Libra, striving for harmony. The Empress, being open-minded and passionate about life, embodies the spirit of harmony. The Empress card is called the Gate of Heaven because of its overall goodness and positivity. Move forward this week knowing that the Angels from Heaven surround you.
