THIS WEEK’S OVERVIEW: Several astrological aspects point to heightened intuition, to innovation and creativity, and spiritual healing. Communication in relationships improves, and discipline is needed in moving forward with projects.

ONGOING

·       Neptune in Aries sextile Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. These two planets have been dancing near one another since the beginning of May. On July 2, their aspect became exact and will continue to be exact until mid-August. Pluto in Aquarius is innovative, and retrograde indicates reinvention or a rebirth. The connection with Neptune provides a gentle blending between spiritual and psychological healing.

·       Jupiter in Leo sextile Uranus in Gemini. This aspect started last week and will continue throughout this week, encouraging new opportunities during this 8-month. Take a break from your normal routine and listen to your intuition that is sharper than usual.

·       July numerology: this is an ‘eight’ month in a ‘one’ year. Remember, a ‘one’ year represents new beginnings and fresh starts. ‘Eight’ indicates ambition and prosperity. An eight turned sideways is the infinity symbol, signifying all things are possible.

SUNDAY

·       Mars in Gemini sextile Saturn in Aries until Tuesday. Discipline and endurance are key to building foundations. Excellent time to act on new projects. Resist the urge to control.

MONDAY

·       Jupiter in Leo trine Neptune retrograde in Aries; Jupiter opposite Pluto retrograde in Aquarius; Neptune sextile Pluto until the end of the month. [These aspects also connect to Jupiter sextile Uranus mentioned in the Ongoing.] At one with the world, peace and tranquility; creative and intuitive. Explore artistic and spiritual side; spirituality is awakened. Anticipate some explosive action in trying to achieve goals; have patience to get the timing right. Show restraint to keep from going too far and losing out.

TUESDAY

·       First Quarter Moon at 28° Libra. A First Quarter Moon represents an ambitious turning point. Whatever idea/project started toward the end of October 2025 is finding its balance and ready to move forward.

·       Uranus in Gemini trine Pluto retrograde in Aquarius. [This aspect also folds into the aspects from Monday and is strongest until early August.] Heightened instincts allow for ability to clearly understand problems and offer solutions. Trust your intuition.

WEDNESDAY

·       Mercury goes direct at 16° Cancer. Any confusion or delays due to miscommunication shifts to provide the opportunity to speak from the heart. Smooth out issues with family matters, home projects and personal relationships.

THURSDAY

·       Sun in Leo square Chiron in Taurus through Sunday. Forgive, let go, and move forward.

FRIDAY

·       Mercury in Cancer sextile Venus in Virgo. Ability to exchange ideas thoughtfully and with clarity.

TAROT

I always take a few moments of quiet to center myself, take a few deep breaths, and listen to intuition coming forth as I shuffle the cards. For the Zodiac signs this week, I'm using the traditional Rider-Waite deck. For the Collective card, an overview for all, I am using the Wildflower deck.

·                 Collective card: See the World

I view this in two ways: 1) be observant of your surroundings. In our daily routine, we tend to skip over the minor beauties in our world: the new growth in a house plant, the sweet smell of rain in the air, the chatter of baby birds learning to fly. Pause and appreciate the abundance of nature. 2) quite literally, take a break from the norm and see another part of the world around you, even if it’s just taking a different route home or shopping in a different grocery store. There’s always something you’ve never seen before.

With the large number of Pentacles cards pulled this week, I feel there’s an overall focus on finances and material matters. Just a heads up.

·                  ARIES [the Ram]: King of Pentacles

The King is implying financial stability at this time. Trust yourself to create something to last and prosper from. With Saturn in Aries, whatever project you’re spending time on is likely in relation to your career; and proceeding in a logical, responsible fashion will provide success.

·                  TAURUS [the Bull]: Six of Pentacles

This card blends well with Taureans’ gentle nature. The Six of Pentacles inspires a sense of spiritual wonder, and of sharing a Taurus-type mantra of helping others see that life gives us what we need.

·                  GEMINI [the Twins]: The Emperor

With action-packed Mars and unpredictable Uranus sharing space in Gemini, The Emperor is providing much-needed stability. As you progress through the week, rely on your compassionate nature and intuition to keep you on a steady path.

·                  CANCER [the Crab]: Two of Wands

Mercury goes direct and eases some of the stress you’ve been enduring. Now, you’re sensing an option of two directions to take on a project or series of projects. Instead of moving sideways in crab-like fashion, pick one. They’re both beneficial, and if it doesn’t proceed as you want, you still have the other choice available.

·                  LEO [the Lion]: Ten of Swords

This card suggests you’ve been under stress of late and the worst is over. Whatever thoughts you had about a situation is not so critical. Expansive Jupiter in Leo encourages optimism and faith that all is proceeding as intended.

·                  VIRGO [the Virgin]: Four of Pentacles

The Four of Pentacles provides meaning to chaos. If you’ve been concerned about finances, be frugile for now. Selecting necessities over niceties when needed is just one step of self-preservation.

·                  LIBRA [the Scales]: The High Priestess

Interesting that the High Priestess card is influenced by the Moon and the First Quarter Moon is in Libra this week! Intuitive vibes are running high. Pause and listen. Find some time to unplug and connect with your Higher Power through prayer or meditation.

·                  SCORPIO [the Scorpion]: Strength

By midday Tuesday, the Moon will move into Scorpio, bringing some sensitivity. The Strength card suggests perseverance through muddy waters. This would be a good time to take a bit of a mental break from a busy schedule and focus on your inner child.

·                  SAGITTARIUS [the Archer]: Page of Pentacles

As one who strives for excellence, the Page is supporting that ideal. It’s encouraging you to tackle your latest project with fascination and excitement for the accomplishment instead of the possible monetary reward. Approaching with that level of joy is most likely to lead to financial success.

·                  CAPRICORN [the Sea-Goat]: Two of Pentacles

If you feel you’ve painted yourself into a corner on a current situation, remember you do have options. Capricorns tend to follow a straight-and-narrow path, but this card indicates to avoid being pressured into an answer until your heart says the timing is right.

·                  AQUARIUS [the Water Bearer]: Five of Cups

Pluto retrograde in Aquarius is generally groundbreaking and forward moving; however, the Five of Cups is less enthusiastic. Avoid accepting disappointment simply because some event didn’t turn out as you expected, because it turned out the way it was meant to.

·                  PISCES [the Fish]: The Fool

The Fool is anything but foolish. The card represents adventure, urging you to break from  the routine and do something for sheer enjoyment. Life does not need to be rigid. If you feel like swimming upstream for awhile, go ahead. You can always stop and float back on the current.
