Astral/Tarot Readings Week of October 25, 2026

WEEK’S OVERVIEW: More ups than downs occur this week, providing an overall it’s a positive week. The Moon is supplying calming energy, with a little fun cropping up for the weekend. The retrogrades are somewhat passive, and the most affecting transits agree that sticking to taking care of your needs, not others’, will be the most peaceful route.

MOON TRANSITS: “Emotional Weather”

·       Sunday: Moon in Aries trine Jupiter in Leo. This is a “feel good” time, bringing peace and contentment. However, be mindful of a tendency to overindulge during those “good feelings.” This is also great for sprucing up the home, your “nesting place.”

o   Late evening: Moon enters Taurus, bringing a grounded and practical essence.

·       Monday [very early morning]: Full Moon at 2° Taurus. This is the “height” of the Taurus cycle, bringing stability and security to whatever began to grow in your “world” around the end of April 2025 [the start of this Lunah cycle with the New Moon at 7° Taurus.]

·       Tuesday: Moon enters Gemini, providing a bit of light-heartedness and an excellent period for writing and other creative pursuits.

o   Moon square Jupiter in Leo, bringing indulgence and a need for emotional balance.

·       Thursday: Moon enters Cancer, causing deeper emotions toward family and those you care about most. It’s an excellent time to get in the kitchen and cook up some comfort foods.

·       Saturday: Moon squares Venus[r] in Scorpio. The Scorpio energy likely wants to be more lively than the Moon energy prefers. There may be some melancholy, perhaps some disappointment in something not coming out the way it was planned.

o   Very late evening: Moon enters Leo. Leo energy is determined to make everything right and lead the way to happier thoughts and experiences.

 ONGOING:

·       Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, and Neptune are in retrograde status, offering moments to pause and reconsider options. In varying transits, all the retrogrades are encouraging slowing down, reflecting, and reassessing. Several of the retrogrades focus on personal inner growth and releasing past hurts with active healing energy. The recent addition of Mercury to the group affects communication. Although Scorpio tends towards bluntness and occasional sarcasm, Mercury’s energy softens these shifts, and suggests releasing any critical moods through art, music, and dance; even journaling.

·       October is a 2-month in a 1-year. While a 1-year is about new beginnings, the presence of the 2-month introduces cooperative and collaborative energy. Think about teamwork. Considering the retrogrades, your energy and emotional levels may come into play in unexpected ways concerning your focus on partnerships in both personal and business connections. This is a good week to wrap up short projects.

SUNDAY

·       Pluto in Aquarius sextile Neptune[r] in Aries and

o   Pluto square the Sun in Scorpio through Wednesday. As the Pluto/Neptune sextile comes to a close the end of this week after spending the summer together, it’s time to discard old bad habits and look for healthier ways to shed the past. Focus on your own life events, while staying out of troubles bothering those around you. For now, let them deal with their own situations.

·       Venus retrogrades from Scorpio back into Libra; and

o   Chiron[r] in Aries conjunct Venus[r] in Libra. Deeply-held memories/secrets may be causing pain during this period, which begins today in shadow and becomes exact [strongest influence] on Tuesday, continuing through Friday. Libra energy will likely help find harmony between your heart and your mind.

THURSDAY

·       Venus[r] in Libra trine North Node in Aquarius, through next Tuesday. Strong aspects with the North Node are always auspicious; and on this occasion, sparks positive  opportunities towards finances and relationships.

·       Mercury[r] in Scorpio square Mars in Leo through Friday. Difficulty in expressing yourself may arise. Although you’re being honest and forthright, you likely will come across more aggressive than intended. Avoid conflict by just “staying in your lane” for now.

TAROT

I always take a few moments of quiet to center myself, take a few deep breaths, and listen to intuition coming forth as I shuffle the cards. ·                 Collective card: Clarity

From the card: “Trust yourself and the universe to make the necessary changes to achieve your goals. Soon you’ll gain clarity about your life’s purpose.” I often think I’m “clear” about something only to realize I haven’t a clue where I’m going. I doubt I’m the only one who ever feels that way. Our life’s purpose and focus changes as we age. Once we determine the right “path”, we move forward until that purpose has been fulfilled. Then, we may find ourselves in the weeds lacking clarity. That’s because our purpose is changing, many times without us realizing it’s that time.

With all the retrogrades the last several months and as we close out our 1-year, most of us are at that stage of approaching a new life’s purpose. This card’s encouragement is to trust that your new adventure is waiting and will show its signs soon; maybe next week, next month, but before the end of the year. It will likely come to you in stages, because there’s never one skinny stem of purpose, but a beautiful full bush of purposefulness.

·                  ARIES [the Ram]: Yin

No need to go in search of this week, because signs will be coming to you. Gather the clues and allow yourself time to connect them to a direction you’ve been pondering lately. Neptune in Aries energy provides that dreamy “what-if” state to aid in combining these signs with your current desires.

·                  TAURUS [the Bull]: Flexible

Taureans tend to be grounded and flexible; so it may seem this card is redundant. However, with the Full Moon occurring this week in Taurus, energies could be pushing for a little risk-taking. The Flexible card reminds you to bend like a tree in a storm to allow the glow of the Full Moon to pass you by so you can maintain your stability.

·                  GEMINI [the Twins]: Co-create

This is a perfect week to unleash your creative side. Since Geminis are adventurous, perhaps now is the time to explore a new form of art design or take a short road trip to search for antiques – something out of the ordinary but which would bring a smile to your face and enhance your creativity.

·                  CANCER [the Crab]: Exchanging Gifts

Opportunities abound. The problem is that fear of disappointment or failure may keep you from pursuing those chances. You have the skills and knowledge. This card urges you to exchange that fear for acknowledging your gifts and put in the work needed to accomplish what you already know deep down that you can do. Don’t let fear win.

·                  LEO [the Lion]: The Fates

This is about the Serenity Prayer: “God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.” You like to think you can make anything happen because you’re a Leo. Nice thought; however, sometimes you must recognize the Universe is in charge, let that presence lead, and be happy for one less burden.

·                  VIRGO [the Virgin]: Building Blocks

You have everything you need to develop the framework on the strong foundation you’ve already built for that next new purpose in your life. Anything holding you back is dead wood that must be removed. Own your dream, know you are always enough, and that your creativity is spiritually inspired.

Have you been feeling a little overburdened and underappreciated lately? This is the week to sweep away the clutter – mentally and physically. Get rid of what you no longer need. The Venus energy welcomes the opportunity to help you find the needed balance to get life running smoothly again.

·                  SCORPIO [the Scorpion]: Poised
