TAROT READING FOR WEEK OF AUGUST 10, 2025

• Multiple aspects this week involving Mars, Jupiter, and Pluto may cause you to feel restless. Instead of addressing each aspect, here is an overview:

  • MARS – Move forward with confidence. Relish any inspirations you may feel; however, don’t push the issue. Let it rise to the surface in its own time. You can communicate well and resolve issues with quick decisions. Mars is energetic and is moving into Libra, which likes balance. Balanced energy is the key this week.

  • JUPITER – This is a week of loving abundance. It’s a great time to move forward on planned projects, but don’t overdo it. Jupiter is in Cancer who prefers moderation and methodology. Have a plan; stick with it.

  • PLUTO – Pluto is the slowest moving planet and is currently in Aquarius, a sign that encourages you toward personal growth and finding your core purpose in life, although that may seem a little unsettling. It’s a good time to change bad habits and set some new goals. In looking inward, you may notice being somewhat emotional and maybe insensitive to others’ feelings. This can be exhausting. If so, allow yourself some personal space.

• On the weekend, a Last Quarter Moon in Taurus urges wrapping up projects/activities with harmony, flexibility, and tolerance of others.

• ARIES [the Ram]: Five of Swords

You may win the battle, but at what cost? Is it worth being right if it hurts those you love? With Saturn needing structure and Neptune fantasizing, both in bold Aries, this card represents the struggles you will have this week to keep a rein on impulsive reactions and focus on inner growth.

• TAURUS [the Bull]: The Fool

While Taurus enjoys its grounded nature, this is a great week to let go, enjoy optimism; to focus on your imagination, and trust your instincts. This could be one of your most productive weeks of the summer if you allow it.

• GEMINI [the Twins]: Strength

What a glorious week for Gemini to receive this card. There’s an abundance of energy in the aspects this week, joined with the combined perseverance of this card and Gemini’s intelligent adaptability for positive communication. As things fall in line, it’s easy to face life with hope and eagerness.

• CANCER [the Crab]: Six of Pentacles

This card speaks of windfalls! With the abundance of harmonious energy this week in the planet aspects [Jupiter conjunct Venus in Cancer], now is the time to appreciate that silver lining. This may or may not be monetary, but it’s an immense pleasure, wherever its source.

• LEO [the Lion}: Death

Leo, being the heart-centered leader, it’s hard to let go of old habits or routines. The abundant energy flowing this week is a favorable time to release the rigidness that is preventing you from moving to a healthier, more carefree lifestyle. It would be most beneficial.

• VIRGO [the Virgin]: Eight of Wands

As Virgoans meticulously handle each task as it comes, this week may seem like you’re being bombarded. On the other hand, what you may assume will be tedious at best may literally melt away effortlessly, leaving you that wonderful space to sit back and be at peace, enjoying the world around you.

• LIBRA [the Scales]: Knight of Pentacles

Although Mars does not particularly enjoy being in Libra, too calm and balanced for its energetic vibe, this week could be very productive if you don’t rush yourself. Set a pace, keep to the task at hand, and celebrate as each step is accomplished.

• SCORPIO [the Scorpion]: Nine of Swords

With the multiple aspects of Mars and Pluto both ruling Scorpio, this week may be very intense and transformative. The Nine of Swords encourages you to step back, take a breath if it gets too overwhelming. It would be a good time to turn inward and communicate with your inner child.

This will likely be an emotional week for you. You are being tugged in several directions. Maintain your composure. Accept what are your true responsibilities and prioritize those tasks. Above all, keep your adventurous spirit and smile, knowing that this too shall pass.

Is there an adventure that you have begun or contemplated starting? The previous lack of discipline has passed, and this week is a great time to move forward. Refuse to get caught up in your past malaise but look at that as a time of needed reflection. Now you are free to create the possible.
