For additional insight for my viewers, here is this week's Tarot reading. An overview of major astrology aspects helps focus the Tarot; and there’s a lot going on in the skies this week. Usually I only mention a few aspects; however, this week all are worth mentioning. It may seem that some are conflicting, but isn’t that the way life usually goes? Focus on the positive; deal with the negative.
Aspects such as sextiles, squares, conjunctions, oppositions, and trines can be felt a few days before and/or a few days after its release day. I have listed the release day when it’s the most powerful. Depending on where these aspects transit your personal natal chart gives an idea of how much or how little influence or challenge they will have on you.
· Tuesday, the Sun enters Leo. For those with birthdays in Leo [July 22 – August 22], this is a time to celebrate new beginnings with confidence; and for all of us, the Sun in Leo influences our creativity, romance, and leadership.
· Tuesday, the Sun in Leo also sextiles Uranus. This is an opportune time to unexpectedly meet new people; just being in the right place at the right time. Keep aware of what’s happening around you.
· Wednesday, Venus in Gemini squares Mars in Virgo. This aspect can create moodiness. Be careful what you say and how you say it. It’s the perfect time to follow the rule: Does it need to be said; does it need to be said by me; does it need to be said now?
· Thursday, the Sun in Leo is trine both Saturn [Retrograde] AND Neptune in Aries. Saturn is all about discipline and responsibility. With it being retrograde, pause to look back at all the good work you’ve done and give yourself a pat on the back. Neptune in this aspect encourages you to seek spiritual comfort.
· Thursday, a New Moon at 2° Leo. This is the start of an approximate 2 ½ year Leo lunar cycle. For Leos, this may mark the beginning of a new creative idea or project. With the other aspects in Leo this week, you are most likely looking for praise for all the work you’ve done up to this point. As a heart-centered Leo, you know you did the work not for the praise but for the joy of accomplishment. This new idea/project though will take some planning and may not actually get off the ground until around April 24, 2026 when the Leo first quarter moon occurs. Be patient.
· Friday, the Sun in Leo opposes Pluto in Aquarius. Pluto in Aquarius by itself is innovative; however, when it’s opposing the Sun, it can cause a lack of faith in actions. Just remember, this too shall pass in a few days. Pause.

I always take a few moments of quiet to center myself, take a few deep breaths, and listen to intuition coming forth as I shuffle the cards. For the Zodiac signs this week, I'm using the traditional Rider-Waite deck.
· Collective card: [from Divine Angels Oracle Deck] Simplification – “Simplify your life and focus on what truly matters. Declutter your mind and surroundings for greater clarity and effectiveness.”
This is a new deck I have just started working with. It provides a quote with each card. With all the astrology going on this week, it’s comforting to consider simplifying your life right now in whatever way that means to you. Everyone has their own way of decluttering their surroundings. To declutter your mind, try making a list of everything weighing on you; those thoughts that wake you up in the middle of the night. Then set the list aside for a day. Come back and honestly delete what’s really not your problem to solve. What’s left, determine a plan [write it down] to resolve it. If there’s no way to resolve it, why not? Is this really your problem to solve?
· ARIES [the Ram]: The Tower
The Tower card denotes sudden change, which aligns with the astrology of Saturn {Retrograde} and Neptune hanging out in Aries currently. Saturn wants discipline; Retrograde, it’s more reflective; and Neptune wants to dissolve. In the case of the Tower card, there is a likelihood of a change or dissolution of a long-established situation. This is an opportunity for enlightenment to a whole new direction.
· TAURUS [the Bull]: The Star
Taureans are grounded by nature and enjoy routine, steady growth. The Star card indicates a sense of calm and confidence, in keeping with the general tendencies of Taurus. This week, your inner strength and new energy from the New Moon invites you to move forward with some creative action that you’ve already started or have been contemplating.
· GEMINI [the Twins]: Seven of Cups [Reversed]
Are you feeling trapped or unsatisfied with a current job or commitment? With Wednesday’s astrology on top of that, you may be feeling very out of sorts and moody. Give yourself a day of needed rest/contemplation. What could you do to make a forward positive change with the New Moon coming? You may not be able to put it in action right away, but you can start making serious plans to change the future. If you are in this situation and feel confused, please email me and I can look at your current transits [free of charge] to help you get started.
· CANCER [the Crab]: Page of Cups
Do you feel intuitive? Did you know that all people have intuitive abilities that are not recognized? Have you ever gone to the store and saw a product not on your shopping list but thought you should get it; then talk yourself out of it only to need that item a few days later? Your mind was being intuitive but your intellect told you to ignore it. The time is right for you to begin working diligently to develop your intuitiveness. You could help yourself and many other people with this knowledge. If not sure how to proceed, start with some guided meditation. Many are available on YouTube.
· LEO [the Lion}: Five of Cups
Much going on in the astrology this week is very upbeat involving Leo; however, this card indicates you may be feeling some disappointment at this time. All is not as great as you anticipated it should be. You are a leader and have high expectations. As a leader, recognize that not everyone can ascend that ladder you’ve set. Be patient. You are highly respected even if it’s not always acknowledged verbally.
· VIRGO [the Virgin]: Six of Swords
Is there something not going the way you thought it should? Now is an opportune time to try a new perspective. Look at your situation from different angles. How would others see it? The New Moon may be the right occasion to explore alternative options and move forward in a new direction.
· LIBRA [the Scales]: The Hierophant
Librans seek balance, and The Hierophant encourages finding balance between societal life and spiritual life. With Libra opposing Neptune in Aries, you may be struggling with finding where God/Spirit fits into your life and where you could be serving God/Spirit. Relax. Angels surround you. You’ll find the right path.
· SCORPIO [the Scorpion]: Nine of Wands
You may be “over” doing it right now: overthinking, overstressing, overworking. Just like the scorpion who will sting when pushed, you’ll know when enough is enough, Be careful about lashing out to those who care about you; they did not create the situation. You are resourceful; use that energy to move in a calmer, forward direction.
· SAGITTARIUS [the Archer]: Three of Cups
Is someone/something crowding your joy? It could be “three’s a crowd;” and with Venus in Gemini opposing Sagittarius, this could be making you uncomfortable. Turn it around; make it an adventure, a celebration. The “third” will move along soon, and you’ll be able to keep the party going.
· CAPRICORN [the Sea-Goat]: Ace of Swords
New beginnings are in the forecast, career-wise or personally. This may not be a complete change but a new responsibility, a new perspective. If there has been negativity prior to this, you may be holding in some anger. You are a healer. Take a few deep breaths, vent, let it go. This is an opportunity to plan for the long term in a positive direction.
· AQUARIUS [the Water Bearer]: Two of Swords
With all the activity with the Sun in Leo, which is opposite your sign, you may be feeling at a crossroads and indecisive. Keep in mind, there are no mistakes. Whichever direction you select is the right one for you. Give yourself a break and quit stressing about it. As my momma always said, everything works out for the best.
· PISCES [the Fish]: Justice
You may be feeling particularly intuitive this week; tune into it. Allow yourself that opportunity to expand your spiritual horizons. Try a technique called Forced Connections. Pick something to look at – a cloud, a plant, a scene in your backyard, anything – stare at it until you see/feel/hear the spiritual meaning being conveyed to you. It takes practice. With the Justice card urging you to see the truth about yourself, now is a great time to start developing your Piscean metaphysical abilities.
When checking the Zodiac signs, look at not only your Sun sign, but also your Moon sign and Ascendant to get a fuller picture.
